NASCAR ENTHUSIAST CROSSES FINISH LINE FOR JESUS
A.J. Turrill (the 12 year old son of Deuce and Susan) was baptized at Rainbow camp Friday the 27th… and he surprised his dad by asking him to do the honors of baptizing him. A.J. was influenced by a number of people to make his decision: his parents, brother, his preacher (me), Bryan Smith (his dorm dad), and Derrick Grant (the camp dean).
He is one of the main characters in our Comedy Dinner Theater play “Don’t Kick the Turkeys” and likes Nascar, watching TV, listening to Country music, reading mysteries and playing video games.
